Use boosts when you can stay in one productive training or farming loop. This page gives practical timing advice without claiming exact stat-gain formulas.

Stat Boosts and Yen Boosts are most valuable when your next activity is clear and uninterrupted.

Save boosts

Short session

If you only have a few minutes, redeem codes but avoid activating Stat Boosts or Yen Boosts unless the reward is about to expire.

Use boosts now

Focused session

A focused training loop is the safest time to activate boosts because you can stay on Strength, Durability, Chakra, Sword, or currency farming without wasting the timer.

Spend only for the next fight

Boss or quest prep

Use rewards on the build piece that improves clear speed, survival, or the stat role you need. Check Champions and Fruits before spending scarce rolls.
